1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Digital Products (Business Guides)

Purchase & Payment

• All sales are final. No refunds are available for digital downloads.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at £29 per individual licence.
• Price excludes VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Licence Granted

• You receive a personal, non-commercial licence for one user.
• You may not redistribute, resell or share your download link with others.
• PDF files include usage tracking (watermarks and/or metadata).

Download Access

• A unique download link is provided immediately after payment.
• The link expires after 30 days or 5 download attempts, whichever comes first.
• For technical support with downloads, email habari@wataalam.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, guides and materials published on the Site are owned by Wataalam Ltd or licensed to us. Purchasing a guide grants you limited personal-use rights only — it does not transfer ownership.

4. Website Use

• You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may copy content for personal reference only.
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction is not permitted.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying any product.
• Sharing login credentials or download links.
• Bulk purchasing for the purpose of redistribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

• All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any business decisions made using information from our guides.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
• We are not responsible for the content of external links or third-party services (e.g. Stripe).

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Suspension may be made without prior notice or refund.

8. Governing Law

UK law governs these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
